Information for foreign patients
To the foreign patients who wish to visit the center
- Those who are visiting our center for the first time are asked to submit "referral letter " and "inspection data" from other medical institutions. If you have a referral letter other than Japanese, please ask the translation company to translate in Japanese beforehand and bring it on the day of consultation.
- Please come to "1st floor general reception" by 8:30 to 11:00 am on weekdays.
About medical expenses
If there is no Japanese health insurance card, we will calculate 10 yen per point.
Also, since the "Second opinion" will be consultation rather than medical treatment, it will not be covered by health insurance benefits and will be paid entirely by you.
About medical interpreter
If patients and medical professionals can not communicate in Japanese, it may be difficult to provide safe medical care.
If you can not communicate in Japanese, please arrange medical interpreter yourself to be accompanied. Interpreters of friends / acquaintances may not be able to provide correct information to patients because of insufficient knowledge of medical terms, so please be accompanied with a medical interpreter.
